December 2008. After the successful launching of its Comfortec Benz buses last April 20, 2008 in Naga City, Peñafrancia Tours has acquired four more brand-new luxury coaches from Mercedes-Benz, thus, powering-up its fleet of luxury buses.
True to its thrust of providing more luxury and comfort at a lesser cost to its patrons, the new buses which will be called Benz deluxe, will have 25 seats instead of only 21 so as to make the fare more affordable and thus bringing the luxury closer to more people.
These new buses are planned to be launched on December 13, 2008 in Nabua, Camarines Sur and in Ligao City, Polangui, Daraga and Legaspi City in Albay. Once lauched, it will be the only luxury Mercedes-Benz coaches to service the area.
